Have also login in another computer with this account but there is also coming the dialog with the message. My question is, how can I see what document is Outlook referring to? In Outlook thru Office.com, the account has no issue. |

If you have email messages in an email program, you must import your email messages and addresses to the new user profile before you delete the old profile. If everything is working correctly, you can now delete the old profile. I finished the migration for legacy MFA since 1 months but I still have the problem. If none of that worked, I’d restore the server from backup when it was working and see what happens moving forward. If both of those don’t fix it, I’d run a full maintence cycle on the server. |
